In order to ensure the Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Guidance continues to be as useful as possible to companies, a survey was prepared in 2006 by the IPIECA Industry Reporting Initiative Task Force to gather information on its practical implementation.

This survey is now in its second year. This is to cover the 2006 reporting period and also to follow any trends over time.

We welcome returning oil and gas companies, updating their information from last year, and also any new companies, whether they are familiar or not with the Reporting Guidance.

On a practical note, the survey allows participants to complete it from start to finish in one go, or to complete part of it and save the data. On starting the survey, you will be asked for basic contact details. A username and password will then be sent to your email address allowing you (or a colleague where necessary) to access your previously entered data at a later date.

On final submission of your survey, participants will be able to view collated results of the indicator section of the survey. A report will also be produced by the Task Force once all results are received and the report circulated to participants. Please note, however, that all individual data submitted will be kept confidential.
