IPIECA at the World Petroleum Congress

IPIECA will have a strong presence at the upcoming World Petroleum Congress and is pleased to announce the following sessions:
Sustainability reporting
IPIECA will be holding three sessions on sustainability reporting during WPC providing the opportunity to learn the value of reporting and the benefits of using industry guidance, as well as hear the experiences of both new and mature industry reporters.
Session times:
Tuesday 6 December at 17:00-18:30
Wednesday 7 December at 11:00-12:00
Thursday 8 December at 11:15-12:15
Oil spill response
Rob Cox, IPIECA will be speaking on oil spill response during a session looking at the safety of E&P operations in deep water, hosted by Jack Gerard, President, API on Tuesday 6 December at 15.15 - 16.45.
Improving water management
Mudumbai Venkatesh, AECOM will be speaking on improving water management in refining operations: minimizing consumption and maximizing re-use on on Tuesday 6 December at 15:15-16:45.
Local Content Strategy
Elena Oskolskaya, ExxonMobil will be presenting on developing a Local Content Strategy - A guidance document by IPIECA on Tuesday 6 December at 17.00 -18.30.
