In response to an invitation by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), IPIECA shared industry experience at the Technical Briefing of the third session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee to prepare a global legally binding instrument on Mercury (INC3) on 30 October 2011 in Nairobi, Kenya.
