Upcoming biofuels and water workshop

On 9 November 2010, IPIECA will be holding a Biofuels and water workshop in Rome, Italy. The purpose of this workshop is to examine the implications for water use and water quality of increasing Biofuels use, assess the impact for the fuels industry, and improve knowledge sharing and coordination.
Invited speakers include representatives from the United Nations, regulators from the European Commission and the UK, as well as representatives from academia and industry.
