IPIECA holds a unique position within the oil and gas industry as a communication hub and centre of shared knowledge, and is dedicated to bringing the industry together on environmental and social issues.

IPIECA’s membership includes:

  • 30 companies, comprising all 6 supermajors and 7 national oil companies
  • 12 associations, forming a network who represent over 400 oil and gas companies

IPIECA members account for over half of world’s oil production.

Who can join IPIECA:

Corporate memberships are available to any oil and gas companies with international operations in exploration, production or refining of petroleum.

Association memberships are available to any oil and gas industry associations that are concerned with the environmental and related social aspects of exploration, production or refining of petroleum.
